All sessions must be used within a year from date of purchase

Any and all training will be based in positive reinforcement

At no times will aversive tools and techniques be used

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of a session for a full refund. If that session is part of a package you may reschedule that session up to 2 times before you forfeit that session

If your dog is sick or recovering from an illness or injury please reschedule the sessions until the dog has recovered.

Proof of vaccinations for the dog in training may be required

If your dog has a bite history it must be disclosed or Mindful Canine Training has the right to end a session without a refund

If you are using or have previous used aversive tools such as prong collars, choke chains or E-collars this information must be disclosed prior to the first session of Mindful Canine training has the right to end the session without a refund
